About Us
The Registration Centre can assist your organisation by providing an outsourced administration department for your event; from gala dinners and award nights to large international conferences or major sporting competitions, in fact any event that brings people together.
Using our central registration centre and web site, the Registration Centre will process all the necessary information required of the participants in your event. Providing you with timely reports, reconciliations as well as accreditations for all participating and event personnel.
Subsidiary events or additional requirements, such as catering numbers, tabling and seating arrangements, tours and accommodation can be easily catered for in our extensive reporting system.
We accept payments from all major credit cards and all funds are processed through our event trust account, which complies with the Audit act. We can provide full expenditure tracking producing budget, actual and budget versus actual profit and loss statements, enabling you to focus on the many other priorities associated with hosting an event.

Our Services
The web site created for you is individually designed to cater for all the requirements of your event. We also provide email stationery designed to complement your web site. Delegates, Presenters and Exhibitioners alike will all be able access information, complete and submit forms on-line. Delegates will have the choice of being able to pay direct by credit card through a secure bank site or have a GST invoice raised in order to process payment by cheque.
Registration Centre is a full service Conference and Event Management Company. We provide your Conference Committee with a choice of tools and services to conduct a successful Conference. You decide the level of support needed, based on the availability of goods and services available from sponsors or member institutions.

Our Systems
We use the latest conference management technology, Windows-based software that has all the tools necessary to organise and manage events: everything is in the one package, from word processors, reservations systems and accounting programmes.
With the Summit software package, once we have set up your event details (venue, fees, event details and so on) we can produce:
- Rooming lists
- Itineraries
- Profit and loss reports
- Name tags and address labels
- Table lists and seating plans
- Receipting and invoicing

- Name badges and ticket
- Registrant identification for 'meet and greet'
- On-site registration documents

Michelle Jago is the Proprietor of the Registration Centre and has been involved in Financial, Administration and Event Management for over 20 years.
Michelle's previous experience in Quality Assurance combined with her financial knowledge and administration skills ensures the Registration Centre's operations and procedures leave nothing to chance.
Michelle's event management portfolio includes award nights, in-house meetings and conferences, day seminars and launches, as well as sporting events such as the 1996 Suncorp North Queensland Games.
