Our Services
The web site created for you is individually designed to cater for all the requirements of your event. We also provide email stationery designed to complement your web site. Delegates, Presenters and Exhibitioners alike will all be able access information, complete and submit forms on-line. Delegates will have the choice of being able to pay direct by credit card through a secure bank site or have a GST invoice raised in order to process payment by cheque.
Registration Centre is a full service Conference and Event Management Company. The following list will provide your Conference Committee with a choice of tools and services to conduct a successful Conference. You decide the level of support needed, based on the availability of goods and services available from sponsors or member institutions.
Pre-event Services
- Scheduling the social/accompanying persons program
- Planning pre and post tours
- Preparation of a marketing plan
- Arrange all accommodation
- Preparation of Budget or supply of budget model
- Preparation of a critical path
- Supervising design, printing and distribution of all material including stationery announcement brochure, registration brochure program, tickets and other sundry items
- Provide the office contact as the central point of enquiry
- Provide delegates with invoices, official tax receipts and other written confirmation of their attendance details and accommodation arrangements
- Procuring and the preparing of all materials such as satchels, etc ready for delivery to the delegates attending the event
- Coordinating audio visual equipment suppliers
- Instructing speakers on format of papers and requirements for biographical
- Maintaining detailed financial records of the Event including banking reconciliations and BAS lodgement and shall abide by all other accounting requirements of the Financial Administration and Audit act.
- Producing regular financial reports
- Co-ordinating photographers and other onsite services
- Organising and co-ordinating all aspects of the sponsors display
- Negotiate event insurance
During Event Services
- Provide at least three trained staff to man a conspicuous registration office and desk
- Supervise all ceremonies and provide instructions and final briefings to VIP participants
- Monitor function attendance and generate lists and reports of attendance at session, entertainment, day tours and other activities to minimise usage and wastage factors.
- Maintain constant liaison with venues and transport operators
- Co-ordinate transport requirements of VIP's and delegates to alternative venues, to/from the airport etc.
- Arrange sign-posting as required
- Expedite executive requests and arrange a hospitality room for the Committee during the conference
- Ensure that meetings and social sessions run on time
- Prepare satchels, contents and name badges
- Co-ordinate speaker rehearsals and audio-visual previews
- Instruct, supervise and provide daily briefs to volunteer assistance as required to augment staff of the Registration Centre (marshals, tour guides, VIP Chauffeurs workshop/seminar leaders etc)
- Attend Conference Committee's daily review of the Event
- Provide facilities for delegates to collect speakers papers
- Provide attendance certificates for delegates when requested
Post Event Services
- Returning any hired materials or equipment within 24 hours
- Dismantling and removal of the event office and information booths
- Reconciliation and payment of accounts and invoicing
- Preparing letters to thank speakers, sponsors, chairpersons, volunteer assistants, etc.
- Act as a point of contact for the sale of written and taped proceedings
- Preparation of a written report on the Event, which will provide statistics on the Event and general observations on how, the Event ran. This report will include information, which will be of assistance to any future Meeting Manager and Conference Committee, which may be organising a similar event.

Michelle Jago is the Proprietor of the Registration Centre and has been involved in Financial, Administration and Event Management for over 20 years.
Michelle's previous experience in Quality Assurance combined with her financial knowledge and administration skills ensures the Registration Centre's operations and procedures leave nothing to chance.
Michelle's event management portfolio includes award nights, in-house meetings and conferences, day seminars and launches, as well as sporting events such as the 1996 Suncorp North Queensland Games.
